• Standardized methods - We use standardized analytical methods that have been validated and approved by the EPA, Standard Methods, ASTM, and USGS. This ensures that our results are comparable to those obtained by other laboratories using the same methods.
• Calibration - We calibrate our instruments regularly to ensure that they are performing optimally and producing accurate results.
• Quality control samples - We analyze quality control samples regularly to monitor the performance of our analytical methods and instruments. These samples are carefully prepared to simulate real samples and are analyzed alongside real samples to ensure that our results are accurate and reliable.
• Data review - Our analysts carefully review all data generated by our laboratory to identify and correct any errors or anomalies.
• Reporting - Each analytical report package includes quality control data, including a reference to the analytical method used. This allows our clients to assess the quality of their data and have confidence in the accuracy of their results.

Rapid turnaround is a key feature of Alpine Analytical's services. We understand that our clients often require quick and accurate results to make timely decisions and minimize their liability. Our laboratory's typical turnaround time is withing 7 business days from the receipt of the sample, but we also offer rush analyses for most parameters at an additional cost.

We take our commitment to providing timely and accurate results seriously, and upon request, we will provide a written commitment to the completion date and time of the analysis. Our laboratory team works diligently to prioritize rush samples and ensure they are completed as quickly as possible without compromising the accuracy and quality of the results.

Sampling and Chain of Custody

We prioritize our customers' convenience and satisfaction by providing properly prepared sample containers, preservatives, and chain of custody forms at no extra cost. This service is crucial in guaranteeing that samples are collected and handled correctly, ensuring accurate and dependable test results. We also understand that the testing process can be overwhelming, which is why we offer sampling instructions and can even assist customers in locating someone to collect their samples if needed.

We also require chain of custody forms for all samples submitted for analysis.
